Welcome to Bossell Cottage, a delightful two-bedroomed holiday home situated in Buckfastleigh on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park between Exeter, Plymouth and the English Riviera in Devon. Bossell Cottage has everything for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a glass of wine in the lavender garden, eating afresco in the back garden, exploring with the maps and travel guides, chilling with Freeview and Netflix, having a hot bath or shower or socialising with the friendly locals. Don’t worry about parking. The cottage has its own parking space in front of the cottage. It also has free, fast, unlimited business broadband wifi, Samsung Smart tv, dishwasher, washing machine and double glazing.

Bossell Cottage has all the basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and hand soap. You will also find books, maps, games, art material etc. A bottle of wine will be waiting to wish you a happy holiday.

Buckfastleigh is a welcoming Dartmoor town. Visit the famous Buckfast Abbey, South Dartmoor Steam Railway, Otter and Butterfly Sanctuary, Pennywell Children Farm, the Valiant Soldier museum, the National Trust’s Hembury Woods and the caves. Dartmoor is famous for its rolling hills, granite tors, gorgeous green valleys, rivers, wild sheep and ponies.

We will welcome you with the keys and show you around. We have listed our favourite places to eat and drink in South Devon and we can answer any questions about the cottage or the area.

We have teamed up with BECS, an award-winning training company. Bossell Cottage is now the main venue for their mental health retreat in Devon.

Unfortunately, pets and parties are not allowed at Bossell Cottage. The cottage is not suitable for children under six.
